By using our services you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.

• GENERAL

• We will use reasonable skill and care in carrying out our service, but you are responsible for establishing that the  items you give us to clean are suitable for machine washing.

• Our liability for loss or damage to any items given to us for cleaning shall not, in any event, exceed the replacement cost of the items in question less an appropriate deduction for wear and tear.

• You agree that we may opt to retain cleaned items until we receive your payment. 

• ​WASHING

• Damaged rugs are washed at the owners risk. We cannot be held responsible for any further damage caused due to              washing if the rugs are in need of repair.​

• ​REPROOFING

•  To reproof a turnout rug it first has to be washed in Nikwax rug wash prior to proofing.  If there are any rips, holes,                 repairs or poor fabric condition to the rug we cannot guarantee 100% waterproof.

•  If you have washed your rug in a domestic washing machine, tumble dried it or washed it in domestic detergent, we               cannot guarantee it will be waterproof as this destroys the protective layer of the rug fabric.​

• REPAIRS

•   Repairs will not be carried out unless requested by the customer.

•   All rugs must be washed by us before any repairs can be done due to Health and Safety legislation.

•   Repair estimates do not include the cost of washing or proofing which is an additional charge.

•   If we feel that the rug is beyond repair or too costly to repair we will call you before continuing if a contact number              has been provided​

• PAYMENT AND DELIVERY         

•   Payment is required on delivery of rugs.

•   You will be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery.

•   Rugs will not be delivered until payment is made.  If after two months payment has not been received we reserve the              right to sell the rugs to recover costs.
